Delvy Law & Finance is a firm specialized in the legal, fiscal and financial advice of technology startups and companies with disruptive business models. The firm was born in 2012, in the technological district of Barcelona's 22@, epicenter of the startup and entrepreneurial world.
From 2014, due to the demand for services and the consolidation of a powerful entrepreneurial ecosystem, the firm also decided to open an office in the centre of Madrid. Since March 2016 it has its Barcelona headquarters in Passeig de Gràcia, 50.
Delvy supports the entrepreneurial initiative from its initial phase (seed), in the day-to-day life of companies until its consolidation (growth). Our multidisciplinary team offers a personalized, flexible and agile service. We accompany companies in their growth and integrate with their team.
